Meyenberg Evaporated Goat Milk, 12 fl oz, is a good alternative to cow's milk. It is ideal for those with a sensitivity to milk or soy products, but who still want to enjoy the delicious taste of real milk. This vitamin D pasteurized goat milk is easy to digest. Half of the water is removed from this healthy beverage. Meyenberg goat milk contains folic acid along with vitamin D, which are the same nutrients found in cow's milk. Pour it over oatmeal, spoon it in coffee and add it to your baking recipes. Drink if as a refreshing beverage. Dilute with water and refrigerate after opening.

I ordered the evaporated milk by mistake. I wanted the powdered milk. But I tried it and it works well for most purposes. It is just a little darker than fresh milk, which is to be expected. I'm glad I have it in storage, as fresh goat milk is not always easy to find.

I started drinking goat milk because i found out that it won't cause inflammation. This is something that I'm really interested in for my health issues. I do believe it helps and it is easier to digest. Goat milk is more expensive, but I have found this to be more cost effective for me. I don't typically drink a lot of milk, just a small amount in my morning drink.

I use this goat milk, diluted with water, for a base for ice cream treats for my dog. I add pumpkin purée bought from Walmart as well and powdered peanut butter. Can't beat Walmart's pricing for these items !
