Frustrating!
Wall anchors for the shelves are the most ridiculous contraptions I've ever seen. Poor documentation, horrible illustration, no videos for support except for infomercials... frustrating experience all around, but I'm sure it'll look great once it's done. Very frustrated in the meantime. Not easy.

I am just now installing this system and initially ran into a hiccup assembling the shoe cubby. Now I cannot figure out how to hang the rails with the hardware pack. I think you may have to be a professional handyman to this correctly. I really wish they included or had online access to installation instructions. Other than that, the product seems durable if I can figure out how to get it on the wall!

Missing wall anchor "key" or "push pin"
The kits seems fine, but despite coming with many wall anchors, there is no wall anchor "key" or "push pin" to engage the anchors. I purchased two hardware kits. Neither package had them.
