The chair was very easy to assemble once I realized where the screws and bolts were. They were already intact under the chair. I thought they were missing and had to call the company. But received a call the next day and they told me where to look.

Use it at my computer desk. Very comfortable, good on the back. Only complaint; arms come preassebled and you just attach them to the base of the chair. Supposed to be adjustable however, they seem to have a mind of thier own. Sometimes I rest my arms on them; all good. Other times they drop as low as they can obviously caused by slippage. Then they are hard to get them to stay back to where you w
