I keep these in my emergency food supplies and besides, sometimes you just need quick and easy. Pop the can open, heat it up, and put it over some noodles. Easy peasy. I've also made stroganoff with it. Not going to expect gourmet quality out of a can, but we like it.

I thought the meat tasted good in the can. I just hope it's real meat and if it's not it should be labeled as such. I would order it again. I also have an order on hold or pending I want my money totally refund if I'm not getting it anytime soon. Love the prompts this system gives you. First there is no bacon in this can but this beef with some bacon goes great on a flour tortilla add some veggies it is a quick lunch. My hubby loves this on crackers, we make it for sandwiches on bread, rye or white. The fat content is not a lot, you can scrape it off or use it for added flavor with pasta or veggies. Makes for a quick meal for us elderly folks and busy young people alike.
