L like the flavor of these bars as well as the texture. I use these bars for added protein in my diet. I also like that they are low carb too, I have lost weight with exercise and eating a high protein diet. This bar can be used for extra protein source or a dietary suppliment. I have used them for both. They come in boxes of 25 to 30 count. I think for the price, they are well werth it.
