I could drink this!

I have never used a great lot of balsamic vinegar but I do like the flavor. Until now I just didn't realize how good it can be. My previous bottle ran out so I bought what I thought was a better quality brand. I am so glad I did! This stuff is incredible. I honestly think I could drink it. Until now I don't think I ever knew really knew how great balsamic vinegar could taste. Besides salads I can't wait to see what else I can use it for.

Really REALLY nice item to use in combination with a good-quality EVOO to make a great oil-and-vinegar salad dressing. Add a bit of minced fresh garlic (if you like) and you're good to go. Nice quality, good value.

This is really exceptional

I'm laughing to myself right now, really, writing a reveiw about balsimic vinegar?? Sam's used to carry this ,,, then we looked for it in store at Walmart,, no dice. Checked online,, they had it!! The taste on this is very mellow , with a sweetness you don't find in other balsimics. We use this for making salad dressing (using the four seasons dry packs, and some good EVOO).
