Love this brand and used for decades for joint health. It really helps. Taking extra MSM as I get older. A bit large for those who can't swallow "horse" pills, but I would just use a splitter. Can't beat the quality and right now it's a great price.

Schiff is a gold standard

I started using this product a couple of years ago for joint pain and stiffness. It takes at least a couple of weeks to get the supplement completely in your system, but once it's in there, this product really does the job. The usual dosage is three pills a day, but I find two do the job for me, but that's just me. Great price too. Hard to find this brand in my small town pharmacies and markets, and when I do, you can't buy it for less than $18 to $20 a bottle. Even with basic shipping, it makes sense for me to buy it from Walmart.com, especially if I'm purchasing other items as well.
