They are just what you'd expect from Pasta Shells. They tasted like pasta and are cheaper than anywhere else. I make a "Hamburger Hot Dish" with them: Hamburger, Pasta Shells, Walmart Tomato Sauce %26 Cheese. Fry hamburger, cook noodles, put them in a pot with tomato sauce and grated cheese. Add spices of various kinds. Heat to warm and cheese is melted. Fills people up well and is satisfying. Can add Broccoli if you have any.

Pasta the magic food you can use it as a dinner snack a Side Dish put it with cheese or with meatballs or vegetables very filling only if you add protein to it try it with cottage cheese or something along those lines by itself. It's white flour. It just makes you want more and more.
