Best Bacon on the Planet

This is our absolute favorite bacon of all! It’s a bit pricey, but when the kids are all grown and moved away, and it’s just the two of you, it’s so worth every cent! Plus, I have a little habit that gives us twice the bacon, so it’s really not too expensive! ( I cut the bacon in half , from side to side, and get two pieces of bacon out of each slice!) The taste is out of this world! Reminds me of the bacon hanging in Grandma’s smokehouse when I was a kid! So good for breakfast, or brunch! Lean to fat ratio is very good as well! Goldilocks would have loved this bacon, as it is “just right”! I highly recommend this bacon, giving it five stars and a big thumbs up!

Cooks up crisp and delicious every time!

I cook this bacon in the oven: I lay it out on my broiling racks. I nearly always cut it in half, resulting in pieces that are perfect for sandwiches or burgers. I've also cooked this "dude-style", in a large dutch-oven sized pot, the whole package (or two) at once. This is fine if I'm cooking something else because you have to watch and stir, whereas in the oven the timer is my friend :) Not the leanest bacon, probably, but if you're worried about things like that, maybe bacon isn't for you. My family loves the way Wright's comes out crisp and delicious, and the thickness is toothsome. Keeps very well in the fridge after cooking.

Hi, buy this every week. I cut it into thirds, and I cooked the whole thing at once. Then I added it to a freezer bag and throw it in the freezer for whenever I want bacon on a sandwich, and a salad, and eggs, or a snack. Perfect, healthy, snack food.
