Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing & Dip 13 fl oz

This dressing is gluten free, comes in a sealed glass jar from the refrigerated section and has terrific flavor and different applications in my diet. I found dipping the tip of my fork in a small, (maybe 1 - 2 tablespoons )Dixie cup gives me flavor to consume the 5 - 6 veggie servings daily. Broccoli almost tastes good so this combo is a win win for me! I never met a carb I didn't love, but broccoli, kale, green beans were low on the list. Not so since realizing this dressing compliments most foods. It pours slowly out of jar and is good in frig for a couple of weeks. I appreciate the plastic label is easily removable so I can recycle the glass jar. The blue twist on/off lid is recycled easily at Tacoma Waste Center aka "the dump". . I've enjoyed all the flavors, the Ranch with touch of Jalpeno is terrific with black bean tortillas. Now, a reminder to be aware of portion size of this dressing. Sodium is 230 mg per 2 tablespoons and total fat is 12g, no fiber and total Carb is 2. Soooo, not very low in diet values but so worth it for the flavor and versatility. The Coleslaw dressing is a bit on the sweet side for me but all the other flavors are always in my frig. I tried the Ranch on a baked sweet yam with a sprinkle of cinnamon but found the flavor of the yam struggled to be enjoyed. Maybe on a baked white potato if a white potato is in your diet. I consider this Brand with its many dressings a superior product with much flavor in a small amount, gluten free, no artifical colors flavors or preservatives with no High Frutose Corn Syrup. This product has been so helpful for my restricted diet as a Celiac. I hope this review is of help to you.
