Very large surface

Bought this to replace a griddle that we had that contained Teflon. Was pleasantly surprised to find it had a larger surface then our old one so we are able to cook more on it and get things done quicker. We also purchased silicon utensils so avoid scratching the surface of this griddle. I'd rather it wasn't the green color but all the other colors were out of stock.
