Mild taste and good for my gut

Due to gastrointestinal issues brought on by a bout with C-Diff, I bought Aloe Vera juice to drink in order to heal the lining of my stomach and intestines. I drink 4-8 oz. daily, which I mix with juice and water. It has helped tremendously. I am not a doctor and I am not recommending drinking Aloe Vera juice as a treatment for any health condition. We drink Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Drink daily in our house. Aloe Vera Juice is a healthy drink because it has antioxidants and helps to keep digestion and blood sugar under control. We mix it with the sugar-free powdered drink mixes we buy at Walmart which make it even tastier. We like this brand because an 8-ounce serving has 0 calories and 0 sugar. The price of this drink is very affordable at Walmart.
