DeLallo Potato Gnocchi Pasta, Made in Italy, Non-GMO, 16 oz Box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many different forms of pasta yet I seem to stick to about 2-3 forms. DeLallo's potato gnocchi makes it easy to explore other dishes for the family. This was my first time preparing boxed gnocchi so I followed the simple instructions and prepared my own sauce. If this is your first time boiling gnocchi (use the amount of salt listed), don't be too worried about how long it takes for them all to float to the top of the pot. This batch took about 5 1/2 minutes to float though the instructions say to cook for 3-4 minutes. As long as they're floating, they're good to go! I was very impressed by the consistency and taste of the pasta. Gnocchi will adapt to any sauce consistency and flavor profile you like as the pasta is extremely versatile. I made a simple parmesan cream sauce, really relying on the pepper and cheese to pull it all together in less than ten minutes.
