When I attend different functions and take peanut butter cookies, people are always asking for the recipe! They are very surprised to learn that it only takes 1 tablespoon of water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 egg, and the Betty Crocker Cookie Baking Mix. I add the above items to the mix, roll them into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten them with a fork, making crisscross marks with the fork tine in the same amount of time it takes to heat the oven. They are so tasty. Enjoy!

1 package 1 large cookie in 9x9 non stick baking pan, mine is metal 325*degrees , mash it to match pan, I have a large fork ! (12 mins )The lines disappeared and that's all right , I put timer for 5 mins more it's thick and that 5mins made it perfect! Cut them the way you want! Try it!
