I am a horseradish "nut case" . I use it on everything... I always try to get "hot" while maintaining flavor. Very hard to do it seems. This horse radish tastes great and also has the amount of "heat" that can open up your sinuses! My new go to and perfect for you homemade cocktail sauce nerds! A .
