Doesn't fit and potentially dangerous

This wrench was billed as a replacement for the arbor wrench that comes with a DeWalt 10" contractors/portable table saw. It does not fit the arbor and is only 7" long placing the users hand dangerously close to the saw blade. I believe this wrench is meant for a circular saw, NOT a table saw. Its is actually good thing that it did not fit or I might have injured myself using it.
