nuLOOM Hand-Woven Rigo Jute Area Rug

The rug looked great in the ads but I was very worried about how it would feel to the touch. Well the children incuding a crawling baby and the two couch potato dogs approve. The kids play on it and the dogs lay all over it. It is soft underfoot. We love it. It gives such a relaxed coastal vibe to our house at such a great price point. No major spills or dog barf yet so can't address clean up. The rug and pad shipped right away and were delivered without problem and lay flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 9x12 jute rug for a family room. It is perfect for the space and warms the room. We decided to layer the jute rug with a smaller 8x10 shade rug and the textures bring a level of sophistication to the room. We decided it looks better on the under side because the front has a bordered rope, which we felt looked a little tacky. Since we used the underside, there was the sticker tag that was on the corner and quite difficult to remove. Since it's jute, it sometimes does stretch in certain places where furniture is on, so I recommend getting a rug mat to secure placement. Other than that, we're very satisfied with this rug.
