I placed it in my living room area and it is quite an eye catching conversation piece. It is a decent weight so it lays flat with no need to hold the corners down prior to use. Very classy and plush. This design can go with all sorts of styles. You can play with colors because there are so many different ones all kinds of patterns can also go with this rug. It is literally the perfect size for the room. It came rolled up and flattened out very quickly didn't have flipped corners like I was afraid of. This rug is soft and comfortable to lay on. It is also easy to keep clean and spills don't soak right in. Very easy to vacuum. It's a good quality rug!
