Since covid, many things have reduced in size and quality. Including women's underwear. If the crotch gets any smaller, it will be a strap! If you are an older woman with incontinence, as I am, you need to be resourceful. I have tried other mens underwear, but the tighty whiteys are the best. The crotch is large enough to hold a pad and keep it in place. They may not look feminine, but I'm sure glad for the option.
