This was an upgrade from a lesser brand hand shower. I like the metal hose and the sturdy feel of the hand held shower. The spray patterns are just right. I don't know any other way to describe it, but we all know what a weird shower head feels like. This is not that. It is Moen brand, and previous experience with Moen customer service and quality made me not even consider another brand. This is a good purchase, and I will probably purchase this exact shower sprayer when I need to replace the sprayer in my other bathroom.
