leaks in a connection. and for some reason, when i take the handheld piece from the wall. the whole shower head. idk it loosens up an hits the wall. idk. i did it the wah it said in the directions. but other than that. of your taking a showet its nice. its just i have to hold the rain head if i use the handheld sprayer.

Value was good for a new shower head. Very lite weight and easy to use. Feels okay my husband uses the waterfall I use the smaller one with the water stream. And was able to adjust it to my height I'm shorter than my husband so the waterfall works better for him the smaller one is adjusted and better for me.
