I love this shower head combo! The water flow is super strong and feels amazing — way better than the one I bought at Costco. Cautiously compare with non-plastic fitting units

I love the waterfall and handheld showerhead with massage. My problem is that the fittings were all in plastic and did not connect tightly even with plumbers tape. Water sprayed even with tape. I’ve added tape to the outside as well and it still leaks although wall spray stopped. Keep in mind I did pay a professional plumber to install just to be safe. In the event that I do decide to replace this unit, I will definitely look for a set with non-plastic fittings/connectors to assure tighter fit without leaks. Although the cost will probably triple at least, the better quality will be well worth it.
