THIS SUGAR HAS LIVING ENZYMES AND GOODNESS NOTHING ELSE DOES

It says RAW on the bag and it tastes like it...it sticks together in clumps which is an indication of raw cane juice that has been gently dehydrated because it absorbs any humidity in the atmosphere to attempt to go back into solution...it feels inside like it comes with it's own living enzymes which I always want. We use a hammer to gently pound the chunks in the bag the put it in a coffee grinder and now we have a powdered sugar that spreads just like the terrible processed sugars. WE USE ONLY THIS SUGAR IN OUR FAMILY!
