Quite literally the most delicious sugar ever I don't care if something calls for white sugar, especially during baking. I will always use this. There's only certain things I actually do use white for like cobbler batter, for example but this is definitely the Rolls-Royce of sugars in my opinion. Scott, such a rich caramel taste. Like real sugar and it even just looks appetizing when you look at it. After trying the sugar, I can't go back to any other dark brown sugar or light brown sugar for that matter.

I can't really say that t

I can't really say that the taste of Wholesome's dark brown sugar is different than other brands, but what IS different is how it's produced. This is a fair trade product, sustainably grown and organic. These are all good reasons to choose this sugar over other brands.
