Careful, Broken within the packageing

Arrived in a factory package looking good (the shipping packaging was perfect) but when opened, the rail was broken. (This was broken at manufacturer before being packaged). The concept is good but it is fairly fragile. Will repair myself as return it is difficult. (How??) Not the best of online venders.
