This gentler cleaning will help extend the life of your rug by reducing wear in the machine. Vacuum regularly with a non-beater bar vacuum to reduce wear from dust and debris. Spot clean minor messes. For larger spills, wipe up as much as you can, then simply fold up the rug and toss in the wash. Machine wash cold in front load or top load machine without agitator. Use mild detergent and cold water. Air dry flat.
