Rug lots

I was very happy with the quality, and the colors were true to the picture. It did have a chemical smell when I first took it out of the plastic wrapping. It’s taken a few days for it to go away. Overall, very satisfied with the rug.

Would leave 0 starts if I could. I ordered a rug the beginning of August and then I received multiple phone calls, saying that there were issues with my order even though through the Walmart app. It said that it was shipped and a few days later delivered. For about six months, I’ve gotten the runaround of there being problems with shipments and problems with their ordering. I’ve been told multiple times that it was on the way only to finally be told that it was not included in their shipment, and they would be unable to fulfill the order. The fact that it shows a tracking number on the Walmart order and the status of delivered makes me very iffy about this company. If I were Walmart I would look into these guys. I’m curious if they’ll actually refund my card. If not I’ll be reaching out to Walmart directly.

sent me the wrong color. I was sent blue and black instead of blue and brown. I will not order from here again.
