I started making sourdough bread. A regular bread knife doesn't cut a nice clean cut. This knife literally cut through like butter. I've seen similar on tiktok shop for much higher prices without the blade guard or duster bag. Great way to store it and keep kids safe. love that it came with a second blade, cover and the screwdriver to change the blade when needed.
