Everyone Has a Story

I received my phone case and it was damaged. I contacted customer service in 2 ways. One responded with a generic, automated response, and the other simply they said I could return it but did not offer to send a replacement. I have ordered from Walli in the past and have not had a problem before. This time though, the case looks to have had the buttons on the side for volume quite literally cut off. The case itself is super cute, and I love the elastic and leather band. I just wish I could have a replacement without having to take this one off and purchase a new case while risking damage to my phone or buying a second case to use in the meantime.

1. I am overall happy with the purchase. 2. Honestly, theres been frustration with removing my credit card from the SUPER tight pocket. I know its new. It will hopefully loosen a little.
