Impressive Quality and Performance

I'm 75 years old, and I use this bike for grocery trips and recreational riding. I added 50 liter saddlebags for shopping and a water bottle carrier on the handlebars. One additional accessory I'm adding is an anti-theft alarm. I've been biking for 30 years, and I can honestly say this is the nicest bike I have ever owned. I have owned Trek, Jamis and Diamondback bikes, among others. This affordable ebike outclasses all of them, and cost less. It has a reliable motor with plenty of torque and strong acceleration. There is a big interstate bridge right next to my apartment building with a steep incline on the walkway. I weigh over 190 pounds and the bike will cruise up the incline at 18 mph. (I added a photo of the incline) Cruising at 21-22 mph in the 3rd power range (it has 5) is no problem at all on a level road. The bike speed is governed at 22 mph. The front forks (shock absorbers) smooth out bumps for a comfortable ride. The bike is stable, easy to handle, and I feel safe riding it. Cornering balance is excellent. The brakes are good, and will bring the bike to a safe stop. Charging time was less than I expected; I can ride all day on a single charge and have power left over. Assembly was not difficult. I was pleasantly surprised that the gears all shifted smoothly and required no adjustment after I assembled the bike . I took the bike down to the bike shop to have it checked out. It's always a good idea to have a pro look at the bike if you put it together yourself. The bike tech made a few small adjustments on the brakes and the fenders which took about 15 minutes. He didn't charge me for the inspection and tweaks. Overall, this bike is a great value, with solid performance and quality components.
