A must have!
A must have for anyone who is active and/or struggling with muscle related issues. I thought using a regular tennis ball would be no different, but there truly is a difference. I struggle with piriformis (derrier muscles) issues due to long distance running. I keep this in the front seat of my car and roll around on it throughout the day as I'm driving. Has not eliminated the pain entirely, but has definitely helped to reduce the pain. I also struggle riding in the car or flying on an airplane for anything more than an hour. This has helped relieve that part of the problem!
