- TECHNIQUE BAR: The 15KG Olympic Technique Barbell features a single knurl mark suitable for power lifts, explicitly built for the three main powerlifting movements; the bench press, squat, and deadlift.
- KNURLED TEXTURE: The ends of the shaft feature medium diamond textured knurling that will ensure excellent grip and contact through heavy movements. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions.
- HARD CHROME COATING: Coated in a shiny hard chrome finish, the shaft and sleeves are protected against scratches and corrosion allowing your Olympic bar to continue to look new with little maintenance.

Great Value
Packaging was OK, but the bar wasn't damaged. Overall, very impressive value. Spin is kind of what you expect from an economy bushing bar with barely any whip on the bar. It's perfect for its intended purpose: to transition to a heavier barbell and to accommodate space restrictions. Knurl is good for those who want something a touch more aggressive. If I had no other option at this price, I would definitely buy this bar again.
