Been taking for years-it works! Was taking 2 & wasn't always working as well. Then Had genetic testing done & turns out my body doesn't make Gaba which promotes sleep. Dr told me to take 3 & now falling asleep much better! Just wish came in a stronger version so I only needed 1 pill.
