I purchased thisTerra %26 Sky women's plus size tie front ruffle cardigan sweater for myself and it is really pretty. It fits true to size. The material is very soft and just the perfect weight. It is not see-through and would look great with a tank top underneath or over a dress as well. The sleeves are nice and long and the arms have extra room and will accommodate larger arms. The front tie can be tied further apart or closer together so the ruffle hides the belly area pretty well. The cardigan comes down just past the waist on me. I purchased in another color also. I definitely recommend it!
