These Fleece ear warmers are the perfect thing to help protect my ears while sleeping at night. I have had a terrible time for years with my ears bending when I move my head up and down. It creates a bend above my earlobes and the next morning I wake up with a sore ear and often times with a sore on my ear that won't go away for several days. I have spent well over a $100.00 buying Band-Aids, wrestling head gear, noise reduction ear pads with cushions and even a large ace bandage that looked like a turban . Then while I was having a physical my Doctor made a recommendation for me to try these ear warmers and she was 100% correct.
