great for assisted squats if you have knee issues

It was packed very well, assembly instructions were thoughtful, the tools and nut/bolts were laid out clearly ("step 1: use this bolt and that allen wrench to join X and Y"). I am an assembly-impaired older lady so it took me several hours to put it together, carefully following the instructions. I started the seat at mid-point, and moved it back a notch so my knees wouldn't hurt. This machine is a great way to move up your fitness program a notch. Sunny has posted plenty of online video workouts to follow. All in all I'm very glad I bought this.
