Great value for the right price
I absolutely love this desk. I choose it for my dining room that I have converted into a home office! I put it together with the help of my husband! I'm the DIY queen. As long as you follow the instructions you will be fine. I had the desk shipped to my local Walmart and picked it up myself, very surprised it only had a small scratch on one of the desk corners, it was packaged well. Nothing a little furniture paint can't hide! The only issue I ran into was when I was putting together the drawers, the face of the drawer has a lock in system and you must put the wood in the groove on an angle and lift in order for it to lock in. It took me a while to figure it out. Sauder.com has a few videos to assist you. Very happy with my purchase, definitely would recommend!

This is a beautiful desk. I wanted a desk with drawers - most desks have compartments for the computer, etc. This desk has two file drawers on the bottom and two large drawers on top, along with a center drawer that can be used for the keyboard. I have more than enough room on top for my printer and monitor. I have put together other Sauder products so I knew what to expect. I think it may be a little intimidating to someone who has never put together a piece of furniture. I read the reviews and one negative was the drawers didn't line up. However, they give you directions on how to line up the drawers when you are done and it worked for me. I did take my time and followed the directions. It took me most of one day to complete. My only complaint was a few minor parts were not labeled but they were easy to figure out.
