Smead Poly Premium Wallets 5.25"Exp Black Letter (71500)

I've always used the brown, paper stock for single compartment file pockets for my end of year book keeping records. Bought this because it was half the price of the paper ones and I thought "well why not - it's cheaper and I refuse to pay over $15 for the paper ones because they are kind of flimsy. What a shock when this arrived! This is HEAVY material, expands nicely and because it's plastic I know it won't rip out at the ends like the paper ones do if you grab it wrong. The elastic cord is nice and heavy and much more tightly closes the pocket than the red ropes on the other ones. The only drawback is the label area is under the flap, so there's no real way to mark it for quick identification without undoing to cord. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this item. In fact, next time I place an order I'm going to get a couple more just to make sure I have them on hand for the end of the year for my 2026 records.
