Product details
The CakeSafe is a plastic cake transporter that has four sides that hinge together and lock into a sturdy high density plastic base. With the cake in the box, the top of the box is placed over the sides and then locked in place with four metal tabs. Then a guide piece is placed in the top and a stainless steel rod " thick is pushed down through the cake and the base, securing your cake in the center of the CakeSafe. You can now safely deliver your tiered cake to the venue. Once you've arrived, the box easily disassembles, the stainless rod is removed, and you can cover the small hole with butter cream or whatever top you're using. The entire assembly and disassembly process takes no more than 2 minutes.

Ultimate cake box
I don't know how I ever lived without it. I have had this item in my cart many times and due to the price didn't know if it was quite worth it since I have been delivering cakes for 10 yrs. This box was amazing! I used it the first time on a 3 tier and when I saw the hill I had to go up on gravel it did exactly what they said the cake was perfect! Never again will I deliver without it!
