What I didn't like is pretty pretty, but for some it could be the end of the world for them, and that was the drip tray, where it was "chromed" was really only some decal that came off cuz it was adhered to the tape that holds the tray in place during shipping. Very minor. But if you're able to not let that affect your way of life and you just want a quick cup of gourmet coffee whether it's in a little pre-portioned plastic brewing cup or your own favorite flavor or blend that you measure into the perfect taste and brew it in the included just for your pleasure reusable filter, this is the maker for you! (and me). Easy to to put together and use and even easier to clean up and put away after however many cups need brewing, the flavor comes out just as good any maker twice it's price.
