Needed HDMI Cable
Purchased for my kitchen to replace 19" LED TV. Contractor mounted on the wall. Internet unable to connect. Contacted Vizio and Verizon to troubleshoot. Same issue. I asked Vizio to send a new replacement, they agreed. After thinking about the issue which made no sense it occurred to me there was no HDMI connection. Vizio didn't ask any questions and I didn't realize that the TV was mounted without an HDMI cable because it was working perfectly during setup. ALERT: Any issues with internet connection make sure that you have an HDMI cable connected. It's needed for a Smart TV. I absolutely love this upgrade plus I am live streaming. The TV performance is great for my kitchen!

I love this little tv! When you remove it from the box all the settings have to be changed, I read all the reviews and it seemed like people probably didnt give it a chance because they didnt go into the settings and set them correctly. The other issue I saw that people had was with the sound and the sound actually comes from the bottom of the TV so you have to make sure that your tv is not resting flat on a surface, once I made all these adjustments to my TV it is perfect for my bedroom, the color is great and the surroundsound sounds really good!
