Serta 13.5" Cal King Perfect Sleeper Nurture Night Plush Innerspring Mattress Low Profile Set

Had a lot of anxiety about this from others' reviews so was VERY nervous about the whole process. They send you shipping notifications AND schedule free delivery setup of mattress and pickup/disposal of old mattress. I can understand how this would be confusing as I was like, are they dropping it off or do I get the service. The shipping information from the Walmart site means the warehouse sent it to the shipping company. RXO is the shipping company, got PLENTY of notifications, sign up for the very helpful text alerts. Scheduled delivery then due to issues with truck space just had to schedule the pickup for a different time, no problem for me as they removed my old mattress to the back porch anyway. Received call and truck location shipping information 20 minutes out. Smooth delivery, gentlemen were courteous and professional. Took 5 minutes for the swap and they were on their way. When I laid down, it was supportive but soft in the right spots. Just woke up from my first night on the new mattress (only awkwardness was since I was used to a lower mattress I misjudged the height from repetition getting into it). It REALLY is a perfect sleeper. I have been having neck pain and buying pillow after pillow but THIS was the true solution. Thank you for a restful/comfortable sleep and a pain free morning!! AWESOME, CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PERFECT MATTRESS!

I think this is a perfect mattress. It has just enough support to hold up and still give me that plush, cloud I love so much. I have hip problems, so I can't sleep on a hard mattress. I used a mattress topper and they are a nightmare. With Serta Sleeper Nurture Night 13.5, I don't need a topper because its perfect.
