Sawyer Products Squeeze Water Filter

I can tell some thought went into this product. I will first discuss the filter, and save the review aspects of the bags for last. The instructions were basic and easy to follow and understand. The threading on each side are a good standard size for versatility. The flow rate is very nice. You dont have to suck till your gums bleed to get water to flow Unlike the lifestraw. I have been drinking all my water from this since It arrived. I switch from a plastic pop bottle and one of the squeeze bags. The pop bottle method is quite easy and my preferred style. For a pre-filter when dipping water from outdoors I Cut the base out from a plastic bottle and use coffee filters to prevent large debris from entering the filter. I have back flushed this filter several times and it was very easy to do. It is not too often in today's world that a product comes along and hits the target right on the mark. This filter does just that. The squeeze pouches or bags as I will refer to them are good stout bags I have not damaged one yet to be able to give a good review of them as far as longevity. One of my side pockets of my backpack is all I need to store my water department. I still have room in there for more stuff also yet I wish to protect this equipment Conclusion: I will buy a few more of these filters as a just in case. I do not know of any improvements I would like to see. Keep it simple keep it smart is all I can say .You did it right..

This is a top of the line filter,, has all the function and none of the stuff that breaks , The flexible bottles can puncture if miss used but the design is great if used correctly. There is no expensive parts to break and have to replace. It is really Lite weight and functional! I love it,,, Great job Sawyer!
