Instructions
Samurai Insoles Ninjas are firm, one-piece orthotic arch supports designed to be worn underneath your shoe’s existing insole. Before inserting, remove the factory insole from your shoe and place the Samurai Insoles Ninjas inside with the arch facing upward and the heel positioned at the back of the shoe. Once positioned, lay the original shoe insole directly on top of the Ninjas and press down so both layers sit flat without folding or shifting. Put the shoe on and stand to confirm that the arch feels centered under the middle of your foot rather than under the heel or toes. If the arch feels too far forward or backward, remove the insole and adjust placement slightly until it feels natural and supportive. If your shoe size falls between sizes, sizing up is recommended for the best fit. A short break-in period is normal, as these orthotic supports are designed to guide foot mechanics rather than provide soft cushioning. Begin by wearing them for one to two hours on the first day and gradually increase wear time over several days. Mild muscle soreness or increased awareness in the arch or foot muscles can occur during the adjustment period and typically resolves as your body adapts. If discomfort persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are waterproof and will not absorb sweat or odors. They can be cleaned by hand using mild soap and warm water, then rinsed thoroughly and allowed to air dry. Do not machine wash, heat dry, or expose to direct heat, as this may affect the shape of the insert. These arch supports are intended for daily walking, standing, work, and athletic activities and perform best when worn in supportive footwear with removable insoles. They are not intended to replace custom medical orthotics. Individuals with diabetes, neuropathy, or severe foot conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
