Saalt Cup

I love the saalt menstrual cup. This is my second time purchasing… I guess I dilated and it's easy to put the rest of the story together. So, I purchased again in a larger size. Pros: Easier to insert than a tampon, it just slides in no issue. I always struggled with tampons but after a couple days the menstrual cup wins hands down no competition. Holds so much more, meaning you are stress free so much longer Almost always feels dry and secure (I still wear pads on the first several days of heavy bleeding and especially at night.) Have I mentioned how much better it is not to be constantly covered in blood. SO MUCH BETTER Easy seals into place, and easy to pinch and remove. Easier to track flow Cons: Not fun to sterilize. But periods will not ever be fun, so hardly a con, just an inconvenience. Takes a bit to get used to… I once almost passed out because it was too high. But as long as you put it in correctly which is easy, all you have to do is not shove it up an extra inch. It was 100% user error. I have never had anything else weird, don't know how the horror stories of it getting stuck happen, it does not feel possible.
