It is not built right and is very off balance. Our experienced rider couldn't even keep it upright and our daughter crashed because it is too heavy over the front wheel. Walmart did make it right but SYXMOTO is an absolute joke. They never respond to communication- state you need to make an account to handle concerns but after that they say the password doesn't match. They never sent the reset email when requested. SYXMOTO essentially tried to steal almost $500 dollars from our family AND put my rider at risk due to an UNSAFE product.
