Smooth as butter
I love these liners! The pigment is so rich and they go on so smoothly without any dragging. It's great for creating bold lines or a smudged smoky look. Once it sets, it stays put for hours without smudging. A great, budget-friendly eyeliner for everyday use. The packaging is eco friendly and reduces any unnecessary materials.
