The fireplace is exactly as pictured online. I love the dark grey look of mine and am happy about the purchase. The side shelves are smaller than expected but you can still store a good amount and put in some nice decorative pieces. I have a 55inch tv above and the unit helps with the balance of the space. Took a while to get the stand because it was continuously out of stock. I would buy and the order would get cancelled. But now that I have it definitely worth the wait.
