Spring Top Springs; Liner Lock doesn't lock.
I live the capacity and that this has a lid. I wish the line lock actually snapped on and stayed in place, but it really doesn't lock and is easily knocked off, but it does serve its purpose. A 13gallon bag fits tightly so the liner won't slip off anyway. The lid itself kicks well.

Broken springs on Spring top Kitchen Waste Basket no help from Rubbermaid! Replacement parts not available!! So where can we buy replacement springs? Lousy support for very pricey plastic trash can with cheap parts!!
