Convert for life

I've struggled with a pinched nerve which caused discomfort from my neck down to my fingers. After 2 yrs of PT, most of the discomfort has subsided but I need be proactive daily to keep things in a good place. I found the Rad Mobility products in late 2022 and now I'm a convert for life! I'm so pleased to have an arsenal of tools that are compact and easy to have with me wherever, along with the app which provides me with guidance. I'm so pleased with these products, I've purchased additional products for family members as gift! I'm very satisfied and highly recommend!

Fav for neck, pecs and shoulders

Love being able to store my tools together, but mostly use this for hard to reach areas. The dimples on top are perfect for releasing my shoulders and underarm areas, then I lay it down and use the roller to dig into my pecs. Talk about a wake up call!! Use it to lift the roller (i prefer the green one) for getting into my suboccipitals too. Indispensable part of my roll out!

I can't express how much I love this!

I can't express how much I love this !!!!!! I had unbelievable hip pain.. 15 minutes on this totally released the pain ... and the next morning I awoke to feeling pain free and ready to go !
